While we can commit to a specific day, there are many factors throughout the day that may affect our actual arrival time, but it will usually be the same day and time. We always call, email or text you the day before to remind you of the schedule cleaning with us. If you need to change the day and/or time for the cleaning, please email or text us with no less than 24 hours’ notice.
