  • Clean showers and/or tubs and toilets
  • Clean floors (includes vacuuming and shaking out bath mats/rugs)
  • Clean interior of vanities/cabinets/drawers
  • Clean exterior of vanities/cabinets/drawers
  • Clean switch plates, door handles & towel bars (as needed during regular cleaning)
  • Clean sinks, faucets and mirrors
  • Clean baseboards (dust as needed during regular cleanings)
  • Dust/Wipe blinds (excludes mini blinds)
  • Cleaning windows (includes interior glass, sill and frame up to 8ft)

  • Dust light fixtures up to 8ft (as needed during regular cleanings)

Bedrooms

  • Dust all horizontal surfaces
  • Clean floors (vacuum and/or mop)
  • Cleaning windows (includes interior glass, sill and frame up to 8ft)
  • Dust/Wipe blinds (excludes mini blinds)
  • Clean mirrors
  • Clean switch plates and door handles (as needed during regular cleaning)
  • Clean baseboards (dust as needed during regular cleanings)
  • Dust ceiling fan and ceiling corners (as needed)

Kitchen

  • Clean inside/outside of the refrigerator (one > extra for each additional)
  • Clean inside of the oven (one > extra for each additional)
  • Clean stove/cooktop (excludes vents)
  • Microwave – clean outside/inside
  • Dishwasher – clean outside (only)
  • Clean countertops and back splash
  • Clean sinks, faucets and mirrors
  • Clean the inside of the cabinets and drawers
  • Clean the outside of the cabinets and drawers
  • Dust all horizontal surfaces
  • Dust ceiling fan and ceiling corners
  • Clean floors (vacuum and/or mop)
  • Clean baseboards (dust as needed during regular cleanings)

  • Clean front door glass, sliding glass doors or French doors

Other

  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners (throughout the home)
  • Dust ceiling corners & walls (we do not spot clean flat paint walls)
  • Vacuum/dust and hand wipe vent grills throughout the home (under 8ft)
  • Clean washer/dryer top and sides where accessible (if within finished area)

  • **Add-On Garages, sheds, unfinished areas, utility rooms, balconies, porches and/or decks

  • **Add-On Kitchens or Kitchenettes (other than the main kitchen)

  • **Add-On In-Law suites, rental space or apartments (unless otherwise noted)
