We know that every home is unique, and no two customers have the same cleaning needs. We work with each client to get their specific wants and needs from us and create customized cleaning packages based on those. We offer weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning packages. The more frequent our team comes to clean, the better the package deal gets.

Bathrooms

  • Clean showers and/or tubs and toilets

  • Clean floors (includes vacuuming and shaking out bath mats/rugs)

  • Clean exterior of vanities/cabinets/drawers

  • Clean switch plates, door handles & towel bars (as needed during regular cleaning)
  • Clean sinks, faucets and mirrors
  • Clean baseboards (dust as needed during regular cleanings)
  • Dust/Wipe blinds (excludes mini blinds)
  • Dust light fixtures up to 8ft (as needed during regular cleanings)

Bedrooms

  • Dust all horizontal surfaces
  • Clean floors (vacuum and/or mop)
  • Dust/Wipe blinds (excludes mini blinds)
  • Clean mirrors
  • Clean switch plates and door handles (as needed during regular cleaning)
  • Clean baseboards (dust as needed during regular cleanings)
  • Dust ceiling fan and ceiling corners (as needed)
  • Vacuum couch/chairs

  • **Add-On Make beds and/or change bed linens

Kitchen

  • **Add-On Clean inside/outside of the refrigerator (one > extra for each additional)

  • **Add-On Clean inside of the oven (one > extra for each additional)

  • Toaster Oven and/or Air Fryer
  • Clean stove/cooktop (excludes vents)
  • Microwave – clean outside/inside

  • Dishwasher – clean outside (only)

  • Clean countertops and back splash
  • Clean sinks, faucets and mirrors
  • Clean the outside of the cabinets and drawers

  • Dust all horizontal surfaces

  • Dust ceiling fan and ceiling corners

  • Clean floors (vacuum and/or mop)

  • Clean baseboards (dust as needed during regular cleanings)
  • Dust/Wipe blinds (excludes mini blinds)
  • Clean switch plates and door handles (as needed during regular cleaning)
  • Clean table tops
  • Dust light fixtures up to 8ft (as needed during regular cleanings)

Living Spaces (including hallways and stairs)

  • Dust ceiling fan and ceiling corners
  • Dust/Wipe blinds (excludes mini blinds)
  • Clean mirrors
  • Clean baseboards (dust as needed during regular cleanings)
  • Vacuum and/or mop floors
  • Clean switch plates, door handles and railings
  • Clean front door glass, sliding glass doors or French doors
  • Vacuum couch/chairs (as needed)

Other

  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners (throughout the home)

  • **Add-On Clean dishes

  • **Add-On Garages, sheds, unfinished areas, utility rooms, balconies, porches and/or decks

  • **Add-On Kitchens or Kitchenettes (other than the main kitchen)

  • **Add-On In-Law suites, rental space or apartments (unless otherwise noted)
