Appointment Change

*Cancellation/Late Change Policy ($100.00 fee may apply)

To avoid a late cancellation fee or late reschedule fee we must have at least a 48-hour notice prior to canceling or rescheduling service. If Virginia Housekeepers doesn’t receive a notice 48 hours prior to your cleaning it may result in a fee if we cannot resell the time slot. Since you are on the schedule, it means that we have reserved this block of time for your specific cleaning. If canceled or changed at the last minute (or within 48 hours), we have no way of filling that spot and have to eat the non-billable time for the appointment.
