Our estimating process is a blend of a number of different factors based upon our experience cleaning the homes and our experience estimating. We produce thousands of estimates and generally have a pretty solid track record in determining what we think it will take to clean your home. However, our estimates are only as good as the data/information/specifics provided within the customer/home profile.
