I received an estimate but I am unclear on what the price excludes?

Your estimated price assumes the home has nothing out of the ordinary in terms of conditions (example; mold, mildew, excessive post construction dust, excessive filth, grease on walls/cabinets or areas other than the stove top).  Price does not include carpet cleaning, cleaning flat paint walls, cleaning window tracks (inside the jam) or cleaning light fixtures (above 8ft).  Price does not include any exterior window or windows above 8ft, the inside of the garage or decks/balconies/porches (unless priced or noted separately).
