Yes, without exception. Hiring for Sterling involves a background check, verified references and a face-to-face interview, and only then does someone join a house-cleaning team. All staff are insured and bonded W-2 employees and we carry general liability coverage. We would not ask a Sterling family to hand over access to their house on any lesser basis, and we are happy to confirm coverage in writing before your first visit. Trust is the whole product in this business, so we treat it that way.
