Make a Payment

Payment is due upon service.  This is defined as paying before the team starts or once the team has completed the cleaning.  In the event your cleaning is by the hour, we will reach out to you with the total due after the cleaning (sometimes the next day depending).  Tips are welcome and can be included in your payment since most people do not always have cash available.  All cleaners are tipped out and tips are included in their pay checks every other week.  When submitting payment, it is extremely important to reference the address of the home/property cleaned and the date of the cleaning you are paying for.  This will help avoid errors.

Payment options:

  • Checks:  Please make it payable to Virginia Housekeepers
  • Zelle:   The ID is not our phone number.  Use this email address eric@virginiahousekeepers.com.  Zelle is the preferred method since there aren’t any associated fees (at this time).
  • Venmo:   The ID is VirginiaHousekeepers
  • Credit Card:   If you wish to pay by credit card, you will need to add 3% to the total for processing and click on this link Pay by Credit Card 
  • Cash:  Unfortunately, cash is no longer an option for payment for security/tracking purposes

If payment is not made on the day of service, an administrative fee of $25 will be added to the balance for each appointment that is not paid in full if we have to spend the time attempting to collect the balance due. To clarify, the fee applies to anyone that we have to contact for missing a payment.
