We provide all cleaning equipment and products. If you have a special cleaning product that you would like for us to use, please be sure to let us know.
Just as with rescheduling fees, if you lock the team out on cleaning day, you will be assessed a lock-out fee. The lock-out fee is $100. In the event of an accidental lockout, we will attempt to contact you to see if the issue can be resolved on the spot.
